Birthday parties and group events are a significant revenue stream for many activity venues — and they come with their own operational complexity. WaiverFile's group package tools are designed specifically for this use case.

Base Package Per-Person Pricing

Set up a package that includes a base headcount at a flat rate, then charge an additional per-person rate for anyone beyond that. For example, a party package might include 10 participants, with a set price per additional guest. The booking form calculates the total automatically as the customer enters their group size.

Waiver Tracking for the Whole Group

When a group books, every participant needs a waiver — but the person making the reservation is rarely signing for everyone. WaiverFile handles this automatically. The booking customer sees the full list of participants in their account, can sign for those they are responsible for, and can send signing links to other adults in the group. Everyone can see who has signed and who has not before the event date.

In your admin dashboard, staff see the same status view — participant list, waiver completion per person, and any outstanding signatures — so check-in runs smoothly.

Deposits for Parties

Collect a deposit at the time of booking and settle the balance closer to the event, once the final headcount is confirmed.
