Admission items are the core bookable unit in WaiverFile. Each item represents something a customer can reserve — a general admission session, a party package, a class, or any other experience you offer. You control how each item is priced, who it applies to, and when it is available.

Person Types & Per-Person Pricing

Define your own person types — adults, children, seniors, or any categories that fit your business. Each person type carries its own price, so a single booking automatically calculates the correct total based on the mix of participants.

When setting up a person type, you can designate it as a child category. The system uses this to apply the correct waiver language automatically — minors require a parent or guardian signature, and marking the person type accordingly ensures your waivers remain accurate and legally compliant without any manual intervention.

Flexible Pricing Rules

Pricing can vary based on the time and date of the booking. Set different rates for weekdays versus weekends, evenings, holidays, or specific seasons. Rules apply automatically, so customers always see the correct price without any manual work on your end.
