WaiverFile Booking — No monthly fee

Accept bookings online with no monthly subscription. A small booking fee is added at checkout, and waivers for your customers are included.

Frequently asked questions

Who pays the booking fee?

By default, the booking fee is added at checkout as a line item your customers see. You can also choose to absorb it so the fee doesn't appear to them.

Are waivers included?

Yes. Waivers for participants in your bookings are included at no extra charge. If you also need standalone waivers for walk-ins or activities not tied to a booking, you can add a Waiver plan.

Do Stripe fees still apply?

Yes. Stripe's standard payment processing fees are charged separately by Stripe and are not included in WaiverFile's booking fee.

FAQ

Can I change plans later?

Of course. You can change your plan anytime. Upgrading is prorated — you're only charged the difference. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing date.

Do you have an off-season plan?

Yes. For $5/month, your account stays active with all settings and waiver history intact. If you collect waivers while on this plan, they're billed at $0.50 each. You can upgrade back to a full plan anytime.

What happens to my waiver data if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime. We keep your data available for 30 days after cancellation so you have time to download it.

What happens if I go over my plan's waiver limit?

We'll email you as you approach your limit. Your customers can continue signing waivers even if you go over — additional waivers are billed at $0.50 each. You can upgrade your plan anytime to increase your quota.

What happens if I go over my SMS plan's limit?

Overage fees are listed under each SMS plan. After the included messages are used for your current plan, the per-message rate will be charged at the end of your billing period. Upgrading your plan before it renews will increase your quota accordingly and only charge the difference between the two plans, so you can adjust as your needs change.
