WaiverFile gives you precise control over when your admission items are available and how many spots can be sold. Whether you operate on fixed time slots or open all-day sessions, the system adapts to how your business runs.

Time Slot Mode

Define a series of time slots — morning sessions, hourly blocks, specific show times — and sell them individually. Each slot has its own capacity limit, so you never oversell a session. Once a slot fills, it is automatically removed from the booking options shown to customers.

All-Day Mode

For venues that operate on a daily basis without fixed start times, all-day mode lets customers book for a date without selecting a specific time. Capacity limits still apply across the full day.

Blackout Dates

Easily mark dates as unavailable — for holidays, private events, maintenance, or any other reason. Blacked-out dates are hidden from the customer booking flow automatically.

Capacity Management

Set a maximum headcount per slot or per day. The system tracks bookings in real time and enforces limits, so you are never left reconciling an overbooking after the fact.
