I would like to enroll in the "Unlimited Special" program at “The Float Place”. My program is $111 per month and I am to receive unlimited neurofeedback, sauna, cold plunge, and oxygen bar sessions per month.

Limitations include:

You can only book two services per day.

You can only book two days of appointments in advance.

Service credits cannot be shared with other guests.

Does not include Fire & Ice Sessions.

There is a 3-billing cycle maximum. Program automatically is cancelled after 3 months. Credit/Debit Cards are kept on file and are charged each month on the same date. There is no cost to cancel the program, however if you cancel prior to the 3-month maximum you will be charged full retail price for all sessions used prior. To cancel, please call us at 631-627-6161 and email us at floatmembership@gmail.com and you will receive a return email within 24 hours verifying the cancellation.
