Float and Sauna Membership $74

I would like to enroll in the "Float and Sauna" Membership program at “The Float Place”. My membership is $74 per month and I am to receive one (1) 90 Minute Float Session and one (1) 45 Minute Sauna Session per month. Additional floats are $54 per session. Floats are valid for as long as the membership is active.

The "float and sauna" Membership gets you:
-(1) 90 minute Float per month
-(1) 45 minute Sauna session

-Unlimited additional 90 minute float sessions for yourself at $54 each (after promotional period ends)
-Unlimited additional 45 minute sauna sessions for yourself at $19.99 each

-In-house monthly perks (10% off retail, membership promotions, events, giveaways, etc)
-6 month Minimum. Cancel anytime after
-Monthly Float sessions roll over and are Shareable
-25% off 1 gift card or bring a friend float session (Limit 1 per month)

There is a 6 billing cycle minimum. Credit/Debit Cards are kept on file, and are charged each month on the same date. This charge may appear as "LI Float LLC." on your statement. There is no cost to cancel the membership, however if you cancel prior to the 6 month minimum you will be charged full retail price for all float sessions used prior. To cancel your membership, please call us at 631-627-6161 and email us at floatmembership@gmail.com and you will receive a return email within 24 hours verifying the cancellation.

Any floats that were part of a promotion or special are subject to expiration dates and certain limitations. Promotional floats expire in 30 days and are not shareable. Limit of one (1) promotional float redemption per day. Only two (2) promotional floats can be booked at one time. There is a $35 fee for any cancellations within 24 hours. Promotional floats can only be used that the location you signed up at.**

I understand there is a 6 month minimum and my card will be charged monthly until I cancel it by emailing Floatmembership@gmail.com**
