I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms, rules, and conditions for participation. In addition, if I observe any hazard during my participation, I will bring it to the staff’s attention immediately.
There is a risk of injury from this equipment, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline reduce the risk, it does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risk, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of other participants and employees. I also assume full responsibility for attorneys’ fees and all other damages resulting from injury to the above-signed participants.
I hereby hold harmless Recreations Outlet and their affiliates, officers, members, agents, employees, and other participants with respect to any injury, disability, loss, or damage to person or property to the fullest extent of the law. By signing below, for myself and/or my spouse as well as my children, I agree to the above conditions.
