New Guidelines

• Classes will be no more than one hour in length and ninjas will not be allowed into the building until 10 minutes before classes begin.

• There will be 15 minutes between classes to allow for thorough cleaning 

• Ninja are asked to keep all their belongings in a bag or equivalent.  

• Classes will meet weekly on the day(s) and time(s) signed up for. Moving between classes will not be allowed unless a new class assignment occurs

• Classes will be limited to no more than 20 students.

• State guidelines require 8-10 feet between members for ninja like classes.  Our gym area is 4,000 square feet.  We will have over 30x the State guidelines for spacing between ninjas.

• Loading dock door in gym area will be open (when possible) during activities for better ventilation.

• Physical distances during class will be marked using tape or decals on the floor.

• If your child wants to wear PPE such as a face mask, USA Ninja Challenge supports and allows that.

• Every ninja needs to bring their own filled water bottle to class as water fountains will be closed and sharing of water will not be allowed.

• Drop off and Pick up of students will be at the front door. 

• Parents/Guardians are not allowed into the building and are asked to social distance when dropping off and picking up.

• A limited number of viewing spots will be available for first timers, junior ninjas, or special circumstances.  Requests must be made and approved in advance.

• A face covering will be required by all adults in the facility, at all times.

• Limited to one parent or guardian per family 


Staff: Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Distancing

• All staff will wear face coverings over their nose and mouth when in the facility, in adherence to the state guidelines.

• Alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol will be made readily available to staff and members at entrance/exit to the facility, within the gym, and at the front desk. 

• Members and staff are also encouraged to carry individual supplies of alcohol-based hand rub. 

• Frequent hand hygiene should be performed including, but not limited to, hand hygiene upon arrival at the facility, before and after going to the bathroom, between work-outs, before and after touching a person’s face or face covering, and prior to leaving the facility. 

• Commonly touched surfaces and areas will be frequently cleaned and disinfected according to CDC guidance between classes and the end of each day by staff. Shared equipment will be cleaned and disinfected between use by staff. 

• Staff, members, and other attendees within the facility will maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from others.

• A staff member to be present at all times to monitor social distancing and compliance with protective actions, and to prompt other staff and members about social distancing, hand hygiene, and use of cloth face coverings.
Staff and Members: Regarding COVID-19 Symptoms   

• All staff and members are required to report any symptoms of COVID-19 or close contact to a person with COVID-19 to a supervisor. 

• Staff and members should not be present in the facility if:

  • They feel sick
  • Have any symptoms of COVID-19 (or fever of 100.4 degrees or higher)
  • Have had any close contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
  • Have traveled in the past 14 days either:

i. Internationally (outside the U.S.),

ii. By cruise ship, or iii. Domestically (within the U.S.) outside of NH, VT, or ME on public transportation (e.g., bus, train, plane, etc.).

• Person(s) with any COVID-19 symptoms, those who report close contact with someone suspected or confirmed with COVID-19, or those reporting travel risk factors will not be allowed into the facility: 

• Person(s) with suspect or confirmed COVID-19 must stay home until symptom-based criteria are met for discontinuation of isolation: 

• At least 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared AND at least 3 days (72 hours) have passed since recovery (recovery is defined as resolution of fever off any fever reducing medications plus improvement in other symptoms) 

I acknowledge, understand, appreciate and agree that my and/or my child's participation at Ninja Twins NH LLC may result in possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases, including, but not limited to, MRSA, Influenza, and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist.  I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation and exposure.
