RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
By signing this document you will waive certain rights. I understand that Hudsons’ Hot AF wings are extremely spicy. Hudsons is not responsible for next-day discomfort. Hudsons is not responsible for all other wings tasting bland and lifeless after consuming our Hot AF wings.
I will not participate in the Hot AF Wing Challenge unless I am medically capable of doing so. I have read and understood the Hot AF Wing Challenge rules. I fully accept and assume all risks associated with participating in the Hot AF Wing Challenge. I waive and release Hudsons Canadian Hospitality Ltd. and parent companies, staff and management, organizers, and judges from all claims of liability of any kind arising out of my participation in the Hot AF Wing Challenge.
Individuals who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart disease, respiratory disorders, and/or digestive disorders are discouraged from participating in Hudsons’ Hot AF Wing Challenge.
