Welcome to Controller Game Lounge Gaming Camp, where gaming meets learning and fun! With the rise of E-Sports in schools and cities, we believe it's important to introduce kids to organized league and tournament play. Our program offers a unique opportunity for kids to develop their gaming skills in a collaborative and exciting environment.
Our gaming camp is designed to offer a blend of e-sports with traditional camp activities such as Lego build offs, board games, outside activities/sports, arts & crafts, movie times and more.
Open to campers aged 6 - 14.

Spring Break April 1 - 5
Summer May 27 - July 26 (Breakfast & Lunch Included, closed July 4th)
Thanksgiving Break November 25 - 29
Winter Break December 23 - 27, 30 - 31; January 2-3 (closed Christmas & New Years Days)
The camp is open to children ages 6 - 14 years.
Registration fee: $45 for individuals, $60 for families
Early Bird Pricing Good through May 10th, 2024:
To take advantage of early bird pricing, you would need to register on or before May 10th, 2024.
$150 Weekly - 1st Camper and $135 Weekly - 2nd Camper / 3rd Camper
$120 (3) Day Week - 1st Camper and $100 (3) Day Week - 2nd Camper / 3rd Camper
Standard Pricing After of May 10th:
$165 Weekly - 1st Camper and $150 Weekly - 2nd Camper / 3rd Camper
$135 (3) Day Week - 1st Camper and $115 (3) Day Week - 2nd Camper / 3rd Camper
ALL FEES PAID ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Payments are due no later than drop off on the first calendar day of the camp week.
All campers are to bring a sack lunch, refillable water bottle, two snacks or money to purchase snack onsite and any special meals due to dietary restrictions.
I, the parent/legal guardian of the above names child/children, acknowledge Controller Game Lounge/Controller Kids Camp is not licensed as a child care or educational facility. This program is not required to be licensed by the Georgia
Department of Early Care and Learning as it is exempt from the state licensing requirements. Controller Kids Camp
does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, handicap, religion or national origin. Controller Kids Camp
reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse an application or dismiss a child from camp. No refund will be made of
fees if the child has attended any portion of the camping period.

Print copies of the handbook are available by request only. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have reviewed the Parent Handbook.
I give Controller Kids Camp permission to photograph and/or videotape my child for public relations and/or
marketing purposes. Photos will remain archived at Controller Kids Camp and can be used for promotional
purposes without notification.
I give permission for Controller Kids Camp to transport my child off camp property for the purpose of field trips
and/or medical care. I understand that a schedule of events will be available to me and that all events are subject to
change due to weather and/or scheduling conflicts without notice.
I authorize the camp management to act as the agent of the parents in any emergency situation or to administer basic
first aid for the health and welfare of the camper involved. I am responsible for the expenses involved if the services of a
physician or hospital are required. Please request a waiver for persons requesting exemption from medical treatment.
