I have received and read the Alaska Warriors Hockey Program 2023/24 Handbook. I further understand that violations of the rules in the Handbook and accompanying documents could result in reduced ice time, suspension, or other penalties as deemed appropriate by the various governing bodies, Board of Directors or Coach. Serious and/or repeated violations may result in a hearing before the Alaska Warriors Hockey Program Team Management and subsequent dismissal from the team.
