Initial Here I agree to return all equipment during OPEN hours unless otherwise agreed to by shop.
Initial Here I acknowledge that Myself (or my minor children) are the
only authorized users of this bike.
Initial Here I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Acme Bike Rentals, it`s agents, owners, employees, and representatives for any loss or damage or injury.. I accept full responsibility.
Initial Here I agree to obey all bike laws that are regulated by the State of New Jersey. Ride with Traffic. Obey all stop signs and red lights. No driving bike while drunk or on drugs.
Initial Here I understand the Bicycle Helmet law in NJ. All kids
16 and under must wear one. I will always enforce the law with my children. I value their brains remaining intact.
Initial Here I understand that riding a bike has risks of death, injury, and bodily strains. I freely assume all risks for myself, my children, and all others that may be effected by this rental.
Initial Here I hereby release Acme Bike Rentals, it's owners, agents, employees, and it's representatives from any liability for damage or injury to me or any person or property resulting from my rental of said equipment. I accept full responsibility for such damage, injury or death.
Initial Here I agree to return all rented equipment in "as left" condition. I will pay replacement RETAIL value for any equipment that returns damaged beyond repair OR that is STOLEN and not returned. IE: Bikes. Baskets. Locks.
Initial Here I will fully understand how to use the equipment prior to my departure.
Initial Here I am at least 18 years of age. I agree not to rent anything for anyone but myself or my underage children.
Initial Here I decline helmets offered for rent. We have our own helmets with us on LBI and will have our underage children use them accordingly.
Reservations are considered confirmed upon payment
Initial Here All bikes used by non family members are considered my responsibility both financially and in times of injury or death.
