Initial Here I understand that cribs are for babies and that they need to be monitored on a regular basis. Each crib is designed for only one baby at a time. Allowing older children to play in crib will most likely lead to extensive damage to the crib with fees up to $400.00 to follow.
Initial Here I agree to hold harmless Acme Rentals, their agents, employees, Lbi DreamMakers, and delivery persons, for any issues that may occur from the use of this rental crib.
Initial Here I will make sure that I understand how to properly operate the crib before I accept delivery of said crib to avoid damaging the crib.
Initial Here I agree to return the crib in a clean and “as rented” condition . I will wipe down the mattress with a damp clean towel and return it in the same condition that it was received. I agree to pay a $20 dollar cleaning fee for any mattress that is returned without being in a clean and wiped down as delivered condition.
Initial Here I understand that I am responsible for replacement value of the crib if it is not returned or if it is returned damaged beyond being able to be repaired. The replacement fee is $ 400.00.
