Initial Here Rental equipment used in the water may lead to injury, possible drowning and/or death.
Initial Here I agree to hold harmless Acme Watersports , It 's employees, It's agents, owners, representatives, and Long Beach Township NJ., for any damage or loss arising from the use, transport, or any actions arising from the rental of said equipment.
Initial Here This equipment ls for my own use or for that of my minor children. Any injury to any person would be my legal responsibility for any possible consequences. I agree to return the equipment in "as left" condition during OPEN hours of operation.
Initial Here I am at least 18 years of age. I fully understand the dangers of the ocean and bays and respectfully wish to use the rental equipment wth safety as my first concern both to myself and to others around me.
Initial Here I agree to wear a life preserver and have my under age children do the same at ALL Times while uslng this equipment as it is the law of the land and an insurance requirement.
