RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK VASA PARK RESORT
Please Read Before Signing
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in activities of Vasa Park Resort related events and activities, I acknowledge appreciate and agree that:
1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this activity is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death.
2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknow even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others and assume full responsibility for my participation.
3. I willingly agree to comply with terms and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such occurrence to the attention of the nearest employee immediately.
4. I, for myself, and on behalf of my heir, estate, assign, person representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Vasa Park Resort its officer, directors, subsidiaries and affiliates, officials, agents, partners, and or employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (RELEASEES), from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any injury, disability or death I may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Watercraft Usage Agreement
In consideration of the agreement by VASA Park & Resort, to make a watercraft available to me, I agree that I am solely responsible for any expenses incurred due to damage, loss of property or personal injury suffered by Vasa Park Resort, member of my party, my child, or any third party, resulting from my child’s use of the watercraft.
I am aware of and familiar with the risks and dangers inherent to kayaking, Stand-Up Paddling, and other watercraft. I will wear a life jacket at any time of operation, as will my child.
I have read and understand the above agreement and sign this document by my own desire, demonstrating my agreement.
