This exemption is between ("Participant") and Vasa Home Association of Washington d / b / a Vasa Park, a Washington non-profit corporation ("Vasa Park"), located at 3560 West Lake Sammamish Parkway, Bellevue, WA 98008 .
paralysis, death, economic damages and losses. or emotional loss, which I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the above Activity, including travel to and from an event related to this Activity.
I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE ADVERTISED ACTIVITY AND I PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITY AT MY OWN RISK. I TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVELING TO AND FROM AS WELL AS PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURIES, PAIN, SUFFERING, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DISABILITY, OR DISABILITY (TEMPERATURE) OR DISABILITY ECONOMIC OR EMOTIONAL AND DEATH. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE INJURIES OR RESULTS MAY BE THE NEGLIGENCE OF MY OWN OR OTHERS, CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE TRAVEL OR CONDITIONS OF THE LOCATION (S) OF THE ACTIVITY. WITHOUT ANY KIND, I ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED, BOTH OR UNKNOWN, BY MY PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACTIVITY, INCLUDING TRAVEL TO, FROM AND DURING THIS ACTIVITY.
I agree to indemnify and hold Vasa Park harmless against any and all claims, demands or actions of any kind for liability, damages, compensation or any other form brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including fees attorneys and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claim made by me or by any other person acting on my behalf. If Vasa Park incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse Vasa Park.
I acknowledge that Vasa Park and its directors, officers, volunteers, representatives and agents are not responsible for the errors, omissions, acts or failures of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of Vasa Park.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS ACTIVITY MAY INVOLVE A TEST OF A PERSON'S PHYSICAL AND MENTAL LIMITS AND MAY LEAD WITH THE POTENTIAL OF DEATH, SERIOUS INJURY, AND LOSS OF PROPERTY. Risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, lack of hydration, condition of participants, equipment, vehicle traffic, and the actions of others, including but not limited to others, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials and event monitors, and / or event producers.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS "DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE" AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A LIABILITY RELEASE, I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DOWNLOAD VASA PARK AND ALL ITS AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, PERSONS, EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYEES , SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNERS, OF ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF SETTLEMENT I VOLUNTARILY WAIVE OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST VASA PARK FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.
To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit negligent releases, this disclosure is also negligent on the part of Vasa Park, its agents and employees.
En el caso de que requiera atencion o tratamiento medico, acepto ser financieramente responsable de los costos incurridos como resultado de dicho tratamiento. Soy consciente y entiendo que debo llevar mi propio seguro de salud.

Este Acuerdo se celebro en condiciones de plena competencia, sin coaccion ni coaccion, y debe interpretarse como un acuerdo entre dos partes con la misma fuerza de negociacion. Tanto el Participante como Vasa Park acuerdan que este Acuerdo es claro y sin ambiguedades en cuanto a sus terminos, y que no se utilizara ni admitira ninguna otra evidencia que alter o explique los terminos de este Acuerdo, sino que se interpretara en funcion del idioma de acuerdo con los fines para los cuales se ingreso.
En el caso de que cualquier disposicion contenida en esta Liberacion de responsabilidad se considere seperable o invalida, o si se determina que algun termino, condicion, frase o parte de este acuerdo es ilegal o de otra manera inaplicable, el resto de este acuerdo debera permanecer en plena vigencia y efecto, siempre que la clausula cortada no afecte la intencion de las partes. Si un tribunal determina que alguna disposicion de este acuerdo es invalida i inaplicable, pero que al limitar dicha disposicion seria valida y ejecutable, dicha disposicion se considerara escrita, interpretada y aplicada como limitada.
RENUNCIA PARA PADRES / TUTORES PARA MENORES
En el caso de que el participante sea menor de edad (18 años), esta declaracion debe ser firmada por un padre o tutor, de la siguiente manera:

I am over 18 years of age and I am freely signing this agreement. I certify that I have read this agreement, that I fully understand its contents, and that this communication cannot be modified orally. I am aware that this is a disclaimer and contract and that I am signing it of my own free will. I hereby give my unreserved consent and waive any claims against Vasa Park and release Vasa Park from liability for any injuries that may occur to the Participant, my son.
