GOLF CART RENTAL(S) AGREEMENT & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Upon my representation that I (Renter, Renter’s employees, Renter’s agents or any other third party) am at least sixteen years of age and the holder of a valid motor vehicle driver’s license for the current year, issued by the State in which I reside, and in consideration of the physical benefits and pleasure which I expect to derive from the use of the golf cart hereinafter mention I hereby relieve, release and forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Grand Oaks Operating, LLC, their servants, agents and employees from any and all claims and demands of any and every kind and character for injury to my person, or my employees, agents or any other third party or damage to our property or properties, as a result of any accident in which I or my employees, agents or other third parties may become involved at any time hereafter while riding, using or operating any golf car rented to me by said Grand Oaks Operating, LLC, and for injury or damage to the person or persons of any person or persons inflicted or claimed to have been caused by me at any time hereinafter while riding, using or operating any such vehicle.
- Renter is responsible for all damages to golf cart(s) including fire and theft that might occur while golf cart is in your possession.
- Renter is to return golf cart in the condition it was received to the Resort Show Office.
- Renter assumes all liability incurred from use of rental golf cart(s) including, but not limited to, damage to cart or to others property or to self or to other individuals.
- Renter is not allowed to tamper or alter any parts of golf cart(s).
- In the event of golf cart or charger breakdown renter is to notify the Resort Office.
- IF YOU HAVE AN ELECTRIC GOLF CART YOU MUST CHARGE IT (PLUG IT IN) OVER NIGHT.
- No Attachments, Decorations or Modifications to the Golf Cart.
- Every rider in the golf cart must have a seat.
