I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Ski Delight Corporation, Twin Lakes Water Ski Park, any person driving a boat, as well as all Twin Lakes owners, members and guests from any legal liability which may arise in connection with my or my minor family members' presence on Ski Delight Inc. property or my or my minor family member's participation in any activities occurring on that property to the fullest extent permitted by law.
