Participant Waiver
In consideration of my entry being accepted, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Southern New Hampshire University, coordinating groups, the directors, officers, employees, agents or such parties, and any other individuals associated with this event for any illness, injury, incapacity, or any other damages suffered to me by participating in the 2022 Southern New Hampshire University Homecoming 5K Fun Run/Walk at Homecoming Weekend. I also attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. I also give permission for the free use of my name and/or likeness in any broadcast telecast, or written or pictorial account of the event.
