LOCATION RELEASE

Permission is hereby granted to Southern New Hampshire University (“Producer”), to use the property (which shall include not only real property but any fixtures, equipment or other personal property thereat or thereon) located at: ________________________________________________,

on _____________________________________ for the purpose of photographing and recording scenes (interior &/or exterior) on the property in connection with the production of certain media. Said permission shall include the right to bring personnel and equipment (including props and temporary sets) onto said property, and to remove the same from there after completion of work.  The Producer may, if necessary, change, alter, or rearrange any equipment or property belonging to the grantor, and will restore said equipment or property to its original place and condition.  The Producer has the right to exhibit, and license others to exhibit, any part of said scenes on all print and electronic media, specifically including without limitation posting on online websites and social media, and all other media types yet known or unknown.

The above permission is granted for a period of _____________________, and a weather day of _____________.

The Producer hereby agrees to hold the undersigned harmless from any and all liability and loss, which the undersigned may suffer, or incur by reason of any accidents or other damages to the said property caused by any of Producer’s employees or equipment, on or about the above mentioned properties, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the undersigned. Ordinary wear and tear of the property is in accordance with this agreement, expected.

The undersigned does hereby warrant and represent that the undersigned has full right and authority to enter into this agreement concerning the above-described property, and that the consent or permission of no other person, firm, or corporation is necessary in order to enable Producer to enjoy full rights to the use of said property, here in above mentioned, and that the undersigned does hereby indemnify and agree to hold Producer free and harmless from and against any and all loss, not limited to attorney’s fees, arising from, growing out of, or concerning a breach of the above warranty.
