AGC KEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
MISSION STATEMENT
AGC wants to encourage its members to utilize our Trap, Skeet fields and Sporting Clays course more and take advantage of good weather conditions when it warrants. Key membership is a privilege for members in good standing, provided they have completed our mandatory safety/training meeting and have signed our liability agreement/waiver. No keys will be issued to anyone who has not done these things. Key membership is a privilege that can be revoked at any time when the rules are not followed.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Initial Here1. SAFETY FIRST. All usual AGC rules and regulations will be in effect at all times. It is the responsibility of each Key Member to familiarize himself/herself with all AGC rules.
Initial Here2. One time $25 key charge. $25 key replacement fee. No duplication of keys except by AGC.
Initial Here3. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL ON PREMISES DURING KEY HOURS! (hours are defined below) None in cooler! If you are found with any alcohol or found to be impaired, your key will be revoked. No questions asked.
Initial Here4. Immediately lock entry gate after entering or exiting. Never leave entry gate unlocked.
Initial Here5. Staff will have open a couple of Trap and Skeet fields. Stand up mics when ready to shoot. Lay the mics back down when finished. Operational training will show you how to do these procedures.
Initial Here6. Tentative key hours are as follows: Daylight Standard Time 9am to 5pm, Daylight Savings Time 9am to 7pm. Absolutey no shooting after sunset. (hours can be tweaked by management*)
Initial Here7. Management*, at their sole discretion, can refuse issuance of a key to anyone.
Initial Here8. Only members in good standing are issued keys. No guests can shoot during key hours. No exceptions! Guests are welcome to shoot during club regular hours.
