By signing this waiver, I agree to drive this golf cart in a reasonable manner, stay on the designated path, and will not consume alcohol while this golf cart is in my possession. I release the Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club, its owners, and employees from all liability, costs, and damages which could arise from misuse or improper use of the golf cart. I agree that I will be personally responsible for any damages to the golf cart or other properties that are damaged by my use of said golf cart.
