EQUINE TRAINING AGREEMENT
This Equine Boarding Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between MAPLE CREST FARM (“MCF”) and [FIRST NAME][LAST NAME] "Owner" on 05/24/2025.

MCF shall provide consistent and effective training practices in a safe and productive manner. Goals of training are as follows:[Training Goals]
3. Fee.

4. Trainers.
Owner acknowledges and agrees that the Horse will be trained by MCF ownership, staff, independent contractors, or other authorized personnel. Initial Here
5. Equipment.
The following equipment shall be supplied by the Owner, which is satisfactory condition and free from any defects:
Any additional equipment shall be provided by MCF.
6. Boarding.
During training, Owner agrees to board the Horse at MCF, who agrees to provide grain, hay and water, turn-out as appropriate and daily mucking of the stall. In the event Horse is on any medication or supplements, then Owner agrees to provide these to MCF which is administered by MCF ownership, staff, or other authorized representatives. Initial Here
7. Emergency Medical Care.
Owner acknowledges that, despite all due care given, an illness or injury to the Horse can occur without warning. In the event the Horse develops an illness or injury, MCF agrees to immediately contact an MCF contracted veterinarian, dentist, or farrier for treatment and the Owner as soon as possible. Owner authorizes MCF to transport the Horse to a veterinarian as needed. The fees and costs for said veterinary, dental, or farrier care shall be paid by Owner immediately upon receipt of said statement. Whenever practicable, MCF shall inform Owner of the costs of any medical treatment and receive Owner's consent before treatment commences. Initial Here
8. Insurance & Risk of Loss.
Owner acknowledges that it is Owner's responsibility to insure the Horse. If the Horse is not insured, or at some time ceases to be insured, then the Horse will be presumed to have zero (0) value and will at no time be insured by MCF. Therefore, Owner shall bear all risk of loss due to the death, illness, or injury to the Horse, unless caused by the negligence of MCF ownership, staff, independent contractor, or other authorized personnel. 9. Horses Physical Condition & Behavior.
Except as provided herein, to the best of Boarder’s knowledge, the Horse subject to this Agreement is disease-free, sound and in good condition. MCF reserves the right to request any veterinary records or proof of vaccinations. Further, MCF reserves the right to not muck the stall or provide a turn-out if the Horse is exhibiting behavior that poses a danger to MCF ownership, staff, visitors and/or the Horse itself. Exceptions to Horse’s satisfactory medical or behavioral condition:

Although all best efforts will be given, MCF cannot guarantee a certain result from the training of the Horse. Initial Here
11. Prohibited Activities.
Only the Owner shall be permitted at MCF to observe training and may bring a guest only after receiving permission from MCF. Owner shall refrain from the feeding, turn-out, riding, walking, or taking photography or video of any other horses or any other interaction with other horses at MCF without first obtaining permission from MCF.

13. Entire Agreement.
