Contract For Commercial Vending/Promotion

The undersigned hereby acknowledges that I am a student at John Abbott College, and will participate in an activity:

Event: Kiosk to promote/sample SDC

Place Herzberg Oval

Date: Tuesday August 26, 2025

Time: 11:30 - 2:30

Equipment: 1 - 2 Tables and chairs

Rental Price: $150.00

and that John Abbott College agrees to permit the signee to rent space at the College.

All payments must be made at Student Activities on the date of promotion by cheque (payable to John Abbott College), cash or debit/credit card.

Should the College be closed for any reason, the sale is cancelled and the contract automatically becomes void. Participants will be refunded their rental fee.
