Contract For Commercial Vending

The undersigned hereby acknowledges that I am a student at John Abbott College, and will participate in an activity:

Event: Kiosk to promote 30 Minute Hits

Place Herzberg Oval

Date: Tuesday May 13, 2025

Equipment: 1 - 2 Tables and chairs

Rental Price: $75.00

and that John Abbott College agrees to permit the signee to rent space at the College.

All payments must be made at Student Activities prior to the date of the sale by cheque (payable to John Abbott College), cash or debit/credit card.

Should the College be closed for any reason, the sale is cancelled and the contract automatically becomes void. Participants will be refunded their rental fee.
