Impact Archery 24 Hour Range Rules

Impact Archery is pleased to announce that we are now offering 24-hour access to our shooting range. This addition can easily be added to your currently existing membership. Below are the rules and pricing that will be associated with our 24-hour access range.

Rules

· No shooter shall be allowed access unless they are a 24-hour member and have an active PIN access code.

·  This includes any family or friends. There is an added liability to anyone being in the shooting range after hours.

· Each shooter MUST type in their individual PIN for entry. Multiple people may not enter the range off one PIN input.

· You will access the shooting range through our rear door. Access through rear door will only be allowed during off hours. When the store is open for business the door will not un lock.

· After your PIN code is inputted, there will be a 5 second siren to notify any shooters currently in range that a shooter will be coming through the door.

· Every shooter will have access to the restroom

· Every shooter will be instructed on where to turn on the lights as well as the heater and swamp cooler if necessary depending on the season.

· Every shooter will be responsible for turning off said lights, heater and swamp cooler upon their exit.

· Every 24-hour shooter member must undergo orientation and have a current liability waiver on file.

· The range and showroom is under 24 hour video surveillance. Anyone caught vandalizing or abusing the privilege of having 24 hour access, will have their 24 hour membership revoked and any other actions which may be necessary under Nevada Law.

· I understand that I am responsible for knowing each item below and that a violation of any of the items below will result in an immediate termination of my access to the 24-hour range.

· I understand that I assume all risk and liability associated with any type of injury should it occur after hours. I am choosing to enter the premise of Impact Archery after hours when a staff member is not present and therefore cannot be put on notice of any potentially hazardous conditions.

· I understand that Impact Archery will maintain its shooting range to the highest safety standards including, ensuring it is swept, clear of any and all debris and properly lit.

· I further understand that, in the event that an incident should occur while I am in the range after hours, I must immediately notify Impact Archery at info@impactarcherylv.com or by texting 702-701-7766 of the incident.

· I understand that there will not be a staff member of Impact Archery available after hours and assume any risk and liability associated with participating in the sport of archery, this is inclusive of any injuries that may occur due to a malfunction of my equipment.

· I acknowledge and verify that my equipment is currently in proper working order and understand that I must maintain my equipment in order to shoot in the range after hours.

· I understand that I will not allow any additional people into the range with my individual PIN code and that each shooter must input their own PIN access code for entry.

· I understand that I will maintain knowledge of my personal PIN access code and will not inform it to anyone, including people who may have their own 24-hour membership.

· I understand that I must maintain a current phone number, email address and credit card on file with Impact Archery to have 24 hour access to the range.

· I understand that the cost for a one month membership with 24 hour access is $85.00 (Eighty Five Dollars) and will be charged to the card on file automatically upon  the renewal date.

· I understand that I am not permitted to bring any additional equipment into the range to work on my bow after hours, this is including, but not limited to a bow press. Working on and adjusting a bow should be done during normal business hours to decrease the likelihood of equipment malfunction.

· I understand that if the door siren goes off while I am shooting, I am to immediately cease firing my equipment and wait for the incoming shooter to enter the range and safely access the shooting area.

· I understand that the rules and terms of this contract are subject to change and I will be notified by email or in person of any changes to the rules for the 24-hour access.

· I understand that, for any reason, if the membership form of payment on file fails to process, you bill be notified and I will have five (5) business days to remedy the past due amount before losing my access to the 24-hour range.

· I understand that I will obey each rule outlined in the preceding page along with each item outlined above.
