Impact Archery Monthly J.O.A.D. Membership Range Rules

Thank you for your purchase of a Impact Archery J.O.A.D. monthly membership, below are the rules and pricing that will be associated with your monthly J.O.A.D. membership.

 Rules

· Your monthly J.O.A.D. membership covers your shooting range fees for one month as well as your weekly training session's twice a week.  

· The only exclusion to having access to the shooting range would be in the event that we are hositng a private event where the entire shooting range is booked out for that event. If that does occur, we post on our social media as well as sending out an email campaign that the shooting range will be closed the day prior to the event. Our J.O.A.D. coaching staff will also make an announcement at the prior J.O.A.D. class about the range closure in the event that a private event conflicts with a regularly scheduled J.O.A.D. night.

· Each shooter MUST have their own equipment to have a monthly J.O.A.D. membership. 

· As a member you are entitled to stay in our shooting range as long as you would like outside of the weekly J.O.A.D. training sessions. 

· Targets come complimentary with your membership.

· The range and showroom is under 24 hour video surveillance. Anyone caught vandalizing or abusing the privilege of having a monthly J.O.A.D. membership, will have their membership revoked and any other actions which may be necessary under Nevada Law.

· Our J.O.A.D. training sessions are Monday and Thursday from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. 

· I understand that I assume all risk and liability associated with any type of injury should it occur.

· I understand that Impact Archery will maintain its shooting range to the highest safety standards including, ensuring it is swept, clear of any and all debris and properly lit.

·     I further understand that, in the event that an incident should occur while I am in the range during hours, I must immediately notify Impact Archery via call or text at 702-701-7766 of the incident.

·    I acknowledge and verify that my equipment is currently in proper working order and understand that I must maintain my equipment in order to shoot in the range.

·    I understand that I must maintain a current phone number, email address and credit card on file with Impact Archery to bill automatically upon your renewal date.

·  I understand that the cost for a one month J.O.A.D. membership is $80.00 (Eighty Dollars) and will be charged to the card on file automatically upon the renewal date.

·  I understand that I can cancel my membership at any time. Cancellations need to be done in writing and can be done so by emailing info@impactarcherylv.com or texting 702-701-7766. Cancellations need to be submitted in writing no less then one week prior to the renewal date. At that time your card information will be deleted upon request so that it can not be billed again.
