EQUIPMENT RELEASE AGREEMENT: Please read carefully before signing.

1. I accept for use “as-is” the equipment listed on this form, and accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in my possession.
2. I will be responsible for the replacement at full retail value of any equipment rented under this form but not returned to the shop.
3. I agree to return all rental equipment by the agreed date in clean condition to avoid any additional charges.
4. I understand and am aware that skiing is a HAZARDOUS activity that involves INHERENT and OTHER RISKS and that injuries are a common and ordinary occurrence of the sport. I understand that the sport of skiing and the use of the ski equipment rented under this agreement involve a risk of injury to any and all parts of my body. I hereby agree to freely and expressly assume and accept any and all risks of the injury or death of the user of this equipment while skiing.
5. I understand that the ski equipment being furnished forms a part of or all of a ski-boot-binding system which will NOT RELEASE at all times or under all circumstances, and that it is not possible to predict every situation in which it will or will not release, and that its use cannot guarantee my safety or freedom from injury while skiing. I further agree and understand that this ski-boot-binding system may reduce, but does not eliminate the risk of injuries to the bottom one-third of my lower leg; however, I agree and understand that this ski-boot-binding system does NOT reduce the risk of injuries to my knees or any other parts of my body.
6. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless IAS and its directors, officers, volunteers, attorneys, agents and employees from any and all responsibility for injuries or damages to the user of the equipment listed on this form or to any other person, including property damage, related to the use of this equipment. I agree NOT to make any claim against or sue IAS for injuries or damages relating to skiing and/or the use of this equipment. I hereby release IAS and Eldora Mountain Corp. and their respective directors, officers, owners, volunteers, attorneys, agents and employees from any and all liability for damage and injury to myself or to any person or property resulting from, arising out of or related to any negligence or the installation, maintenance, selection, mounting, adjustment or use of the equipment rented under this rental form and hereby accept full responsibility and liability for any and all such damage or injury.
7. I have made no misrepresentations to IAS in regard to my height, weight, age or skier type.
8. I verify that the visual indicators on my bindings correspond to the settings as shown on this rental form.
9. All instructions on the use of my rental equipment have been made clear to me, and I understand the function of my equipment.
10. This document constitutes the final and entire agreement between IAS and the undersigned. There are NO WARRANTIES, express or implied, which extend beyond the description of the ski equipment listed on this form. I, the undersigned, have read and understood the rental and release agreement above, releasing IAS from liability. I voluntarily agree to the terms of this agreement. 

Weight Limits: 200 lbs Sit skier (Bi/Mono), 250 lbs stand up.
