Eagle Mount Confidentiality Agreement
At Eagle Mount, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants, families, volunteers, staff, and partners. This Confidentiality Agreement ensures that any personal or sensitive information shared through our programs remains private and is used only for its intended purpose. By signing below, you agree to uphold the trust and privacy that are essential to the Eagle Mount community.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
· Confidential Information includes any and all nonpublic, sensitive, or proprietary information disclosed or made available in any form (oral, written, electronic, or otherwise) that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential. This includes, but is not limited to:
o Personal, medical, or identifying information about participants, their families, staff, volunteers, or partners.
o Internal operations, strategies, business plans, or financial information of the organization.
o Program materials, designs, or methodologies not publicly available.
o Donor, sponsor, or partner information.
o Login credentials, system access details, or other security-related information; and any other information marked or communicated as “confidential” or that should reasonably be understood to be private based on its nature or the circumstances of disclosure.
- You will not, during or after the term of this engagement, use or disclose any Confidential Information to any third party, except with prior written approval.
- This obligation continues even after the engagement ends.
- You also agree to exercise reasonable care to protect Confidential Information, including not leaving sensitive documents in public view, using secure transmission methods, and following any applicable data protection policies.
4. Photographs, Media & Publicity
- You agree to not publicize confidential matters or client identities in public forums or media without express written permission.
- You agree not to post photos or information about participants on personal social media without Eagle Mount’s written permission. Sharing posts directly from Eagle Mount’s official pages is welcome and encouraged.
5. Reporting & Remedies
- If you become aware of any breach or potential breach of this Agreement, you shall promptly notify the Organization.
- A breach may result in immediate termination of privileges and potential legal remedies.
7. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to its subject matter, supersedes any prior agreements or understandings (oral or written), and may not be altered except in writing signed by both parties.
