THE SANDY BUSH DOOF 2025 — LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

Presented by: DOOF LLC IMPORTANT: This is a legal document. By signing this waiver or attending the event, you agree to the terms below.

SECTION 1:

1.1 Language “Event Attendee” includes event organizers, volunteers, ticket/wristband  purchasers, vendors, musicians, performing artist, property inhabitants, or  anyone that signs this liability waiver.  Event Producers – Doof, The Imagine Nation, LLC,

1.2 General Terms and Conditions Tickets/wristbands are subject to the following terms. All sales are final.  Ticket or wristband purchase is non-redeemable. Tickets are exchangeable for one Sandy Bush Doof wristband of the category notated on the front of the ticket. The exchanged wristband is a revocable license allowing access to the Venue from May 1-May 4, 2025. Event attendees may not be onsite outside of the dates listed unless authorized by property owners.  Upon exchange for a wristband the ticket is nonredeemable and no longer valid. Anyone under the age of 21 must have a legal guardian who assumes sole responsibility for the underage person, underaged persons must be always supervised by their guardian. The Imagine Nation, LLC management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of this ticket/wristband purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the festival, property, local, state, or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management. It is extremely important to the property owner, event producer, environment, and safety of event attendee to stay on designated paths, especially at night. PLEASE DO NOT walk on or damage in any way cryptobiotic soils, cactus gardens, natural rock formations, or stored items.  People entering the facility are subject to search for contraband, alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, fireworks, cameras, video equipment, or recording devices which are strictly forbidden and subject to confiscation. No refunds/exchanges. The Sandy Bush Doof is held on property containing natural hazards and extreme weather conditions including cliffs, cactus, falling rocks, flash floods, snakes, cougars, insects, ground stakes, poorly lit areas, lack of water, stored building materials, etc.... By signing this waiver, the attendee agrees that the event producers and property owners assume no responsibility for these hazards and conditions and the ticket purchaser/wristband user assumes all responsibility for all natural conditions including but not limited to cliffs, washes, cactus, weather conditions, lightning, dehydration, snake bites, insect bites/stings, ground obstacles, and stored materials. Ticket purchaser/wristband user assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the property or event such as pyrotechnics flame thrower incidents, vehicle accidents, heavy machinery accidents, as well as all risks of inclement weather. Wristbands or tickets lost, stolen, or broken are nonrefundable and cannot be replaced. The resale or trade of a festival wristband is prohibited and if discovered will be void without refund and prosecuted by law. The Imagine Nation, LLC shall have ownership rights to any and all recordings/transmissions on the festival grounds during the festival operations. No recording or transmission shall be copied or distributed without the express written consent of The Imagine Nation, LLC. The sale of unauthorized merchandise is not permitted. Wristband users agrees he/she may be ejected from the event if selling unauthorized merchandise (including alcoholic beverages or illegal substances). No weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, pets, glass bottles, or fires allowed.  Event Attendee is responsible for his or her own health, hydration status, and general well-being. Attendee understands that the property is located in a hot dry desert and agrees to provide and drink an adequate amount of water  necessary to stay hydrated, a suggested amount is 2-6 liters of water per day.  Event attendee by signing this waiver understands and agrees that being or climbing under, on, or at the edge of cliffs, rocks, mines, or caves is extremely dangerous especially in consideration of the possibility of falling rocks. The event attendee assumes all risks involved when being under, on, or at the edge of cliffs, rocks, mines, or caves. Due to the nature of the property and natural erosion event attendee understands and agrees that not all dangerous rock formations, plants, cliffs, mines, ground obstacles, or stored items are marked and agrees to not hold the event organizers or property owner responsible for unmarked items. Event attendee assumes all risks while on the event property.  

SECTION 2:

2.1 Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: loud music, dancing, hiking, camping, climbing, off-road vehicle activity, uneven terrain, exposure to the elements, fire, limited lighting at night, wildlife, and other outdoor hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with attending this event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.

2.2 Medical and Emergency Services I understand that a first aid station will be available between the hours of 3:00 PM and 3:00 AM each event day. Outside of those hours, I accept full responsibility for my health and safety and acknowledge that emergency response services may not be immediately accessible due to the remote nature of the venue. I authorize DOOF LLC and its event personnel to administer emergency medical care or call for emergency services if deemed necessary, and I release them from any liability arising from such actions.

2.3 Transportation I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own transportation to and from the event. DOOF LLC and the venue owners are not liable for any incidents, accidents, or injuries occurring during travel.

2.4 Conduct and Safety I agree to follow all posted rules and respect the guidance of the DOOF Safety Team. I understand that any behavior deemed dangerous, disrespectful, or disruptive may result in my removal from the event without refund. I understand the event is strictly 21+ and that a valid, government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

2.5 Release of Liability In consideration for being allowed to attend this event, I hereby release and discharge DOOF LLC, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, the venue owners, and all other affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes action, or damages related to or arising from my participation in the event — including any loss, injury, illness (including COVID-19 or other contagious diseases), or death. This release is binding upon me, my heirs, successors, and legal representatives.

2.6 Photography and Media Consent I grant permission to DOOF LLC and its partners to use any photos, videos, or other media captured of me at the event for promotional purposes, without expectation of compensation.
