GENERAL RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
This General Release/Hold Harmless Agreement applies to participation in any activities or use of facilities at Stillwater Reserve, a ministry of Cultivate Churches, located at 6829 East 72nd Street, Newaygo, Michigan.
Acknowledgement of Risks: By signing this document, the undersigned acknowledges that participation in various programs, events, or activities (referred to collectively as "Activities") at Stillwater Reserve may involve risk, including, but not limited to: zipline; rock climbing; archery; slingshots; water activities (swimming, canoeing, kayaking, tubing); paintball; and river boat excursions. These activities involve risks such as equipment malfunction, physical exertion, and weather-related hazards that could result in injury or death.
Waiver and Release: The undersigned, on behalf of the participant and/or as a legal guardian, hereby releases and holds harmless Stillwater Reserve and Cultivate Churches, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any liability arising from injuries or damages that may occur during participation in activities.

ATV & OFF-ROAD VEHICLE PARTICIPATION WAIVER
This section applies specifically to the use of ATVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes, golf carts, or other off-road vehicles on Stillwater Reserve property.
Acknowledgement of Risks: Participants acknowledge that operating or riding in off-road vehicles poses a significant risk of injury or death, and they accept full responsibility for these risks. All participants must be at least 16 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license or off-road license, if required by Michigan state law.
Waiver and Release: The undersigned agrees to release Stillwater Reserve and Cultivate Churches from any liability arising from accidents, injuries, or damages while using ATVs or other off-road vehicles. The participant voluntarily accepts all risks associated with this activity. Initial Here
FIREARM & SHOOTING RANGE PARTICIPATION WAIVER
This section covers participation in shooting sports at Stillwater Reserve.
Acknowledgement of Risks: Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of shooting sports, including accidental discharge, ricochets, ear injury from gunfire, and other hazards that could result in serious injury or death. Participants agree to wear proper eye and ear protection at all times while using the shooting range.
Waiver and Release: The undersigned releases and holds harmless Stillwater Reserve, its employees, agents, and volunteers, from any and all liability arising from injury, property damage, or death that may occur while participating in shooting sports.
Participants confirm they are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, are legally permitted to handle firearms, and are fully aware of the risks involved. Initial Here
