Baytime Unlimited

1. Membership Structure

Baytime Unlimited provides unlimited bay access under the structure outlined below:

  • ·       Members may hold one appointment or reservation at a time.
  • ·       Appointments may be between 1 hour and 12 hours.
  • ·       Once an appointment is complete, the member may reserve or begin another appointment.
  • ·       Additional simultaneous reservations are available at 50% of regular shop rates.
  • ·       Access is valid at any current or future Ant’s Community Garage location.
  • ·       Membership does not guarantee availability; all reservations are subject to scheduling and capacity.

 

2. Access & Usage

  • ·       Shop hours are 9:00am–9:00pm, 7 days a week.
  • ·       Members must be present for the duration of their reservation.
  • ·       Membership benefits are not transferable.
  • ·       Members may use their benefits on any vehicle permitted in the shop.
  • ·       Storage (vehicle or parts) is available based on availability and may incur additional fees.
  • ·       One full-size tool locker is included with membership.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • ·       Baytime Unlimited is $1,495 per month plus tax.
  • ·       No sign-up fee. No cancellation fee.
  • ·       Membership dues are billed monthly on the calendar date of initial enrollment.
  • ·       Members must maintain a valid card on file and authorize Ant’s Community Garage to charge that card for monthly dues.
  • ·       Payments are non-refundable.

 

If a payment fails or is not successfully processed, the membership will be cancelled immediately. Former members may re-enroll at any time once payment is current. As there is no sign-up or cancellation fee, members may rejoin without penalty.

 

4. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • ·       Members may cancel appointments at any time.
  • ·       Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment start time are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the regular retail value of the appointment or $100, whichever is less.
  • ·       No-shows will result in applicable cancellation fees.

 

5. General Terms

  • ·       Membership does not guarantee exclusive use of any bay.
  • ·       Reservations are first come, first served.
  • ·       Ant’s Community Garage reserves the right to modify pricing, benefits, or terms at any time with notice.
  • ·       Violation of shop policies may result in suspension or termination of membership.
