CLASS OF 2025 GRAD NIGHT - PERMISSION & LIABILITY WAIVER
I, the undersigned, as the Parent/Guardian of Senior, or as the Senior if over 18 years of age, hereby grant explicit permission for attendance at the All Night Graduation Party on June 6 and 7, 2025. In consideration of being allowed to attend this event, I agree to release Project Graduation and Acton Boxborough Regional High School from any and all liability associated with participation. I acknowledge the rules and regulations set forth for this event and agree to abide by them. I also recognize that Project Graduation is not a school-sponsored event, and therefore, Acton Boxborough Regional High School assumes no legal liability associated with the Party.
BULL RIDING ACTIVITY - PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER
I, the undersigned, as the Participant in the bull riding activity, or as the Parent/Guardian if Participant is under 18 years of age, hereby release, indemnify, hold harmless, and discharge Fun Enterprises and the ABRPTSO/ Project Graduation, its agents, owners, officers, affiliates, volunteers, participants, employees, insurers, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise in connection with the bull riding activity or the use of any and all equipment or facilities. I understand that bull riding involves inherent risks and may result in physical or emotional injury, including but not limited to, broken bones, sprains, paralysis, or other bodily injuries. I represent that I am in suitable physical condition to participate and have no existing medical or health conditions that could increase these risks. I further acknowledge that I may be responsible for any medical expenses incurred due to injuries during this activity, and I have adequate insurance coverage for this purpose. I agree to comply with all rules and instructions provided by Paul Rents Inc. staff for safety purposes. I recognize that the failure to adhere to these rules may result in expulsion from the activity. I also grant Acton Boxborough volunteer representatives the right to photograph, videotape, and/or record me during this activity. By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read and understand its contents, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
Note: This document is a legal waiver covering both the CLASS OF 2025 GRAD NIGHT and BULL RIDING ACTIVITY, addressing all necessary requirements and considerations.
STUDENT CONDUCT
I, the undersigned as the participant in the Grad Night event, understand that ABRHS rules still apply.
Attendees are expected to be respectful to volunteers staffing the
event, to their fellow graduates, and to school property. If attendees are found to violate the ABRHS student code of conduct, Project Graduation staff reserve the right to have students excluded from the event.
SIGN OUT PERMISSION - WAIVER
I, the undersigned, grant permission for my child (student name below) to leave the AB Project Graduation overnight party on June 6-7, 2025. The details of this permission are as follows:
I understand that by signing this waiver, my child may leave the event at the specified time if they are under 18, or if they are over 18, they have the autonomy to sign themselves out.

For a student who will NOT be 18 years of age by June 6, 2025, please select Parent/Guardian of attendee under 18 below. A parent/guardian must sign the waiver on behalf of the student.
